Dr. Randy Smith is the founder of GCBI, as well as the pastor of Grace Church of Sebring. He has a passion for seeing young people
trained in the word of God, serving in ministry and discipled in order
to disciple others.
Randy is married to the fabulous Dottie and has three fantastic children who are marvelously creative.

Cameron & Sarah Beth Sandel are the Site Coordinators at GCBI and
are excitedly diving into the work to which God has called them. They’re newlyweds who
love good books, completely different types of music, and coffee dates.
